Production Internships are available in all areas of technical production. All production interns will participate fully in the day-to-day operations in all departments and gain practical experience working and training with professional designers, directors and production personnel. In order to encourage better-rounded artists, all interns will work in multiple areas of production in order to gain awareness and appreciation of all the elements of theater production. Duties as assigned will be to build/strike/load-in scenery, work in costumes, work in properties, do lighting strikes and hangs, and be run crew (such as deck crew, A2, light/sound board op, spot op, or wardrobe).
The ideal candidates are energetic and in the early to intermediate stages of their careers and display a strong interest in furthering their professional development and a commitment to working as part of a team in a rigorous summer stock schedule. The candidates will also need to be capable of working on tall ladders, capable of lifting at least 50 lbs, and working long hard hours. Time commitment is the entire summer, with some flexibility, working 9am to 5pm, 6 days a week, and evenings if assigned as production run crew. Expect to work 8 -12 hour days all summer long. There are nine Mondays off.

Paint Intern- (1)
Intern will assist the scenic charge. Work opportunities include varying types of scenic treatments for both realistic and abstract sets with color mixing and foam carving. Interns may be required to work in other departments throughout the season.
