Scenic Artist
RedBox Workshop, Chicago’s premier fabricator of children’s interactive museum exhibits, is seeking a skilled scenic artist with a minimum of three to five years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of basic painting techniques and tools including brushing, rolling, and spraying. Other necessary skills include familiarity with basic scenic techniques, faux finishing, glazing, stenciling, backdrop painting, wood staining and sealing, carving, and sign painting.

**Must have the ability to read and understand construction drawings.**

The company is located in northwest Chicago just off the I-94 expressway near the Foster and Peterson exits.

Wages competitive and are commensurate with experience.
