06/05/23 – 08/20/23

Duties will include prepping and painting all scenic elements, assisting with painting and finishing props, communication with the designers and production staff, attending staff meetings as necessary, supervising assigned crew members. Run crew duties as assigned. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team in a very busy and fast paced environment. Must be able to interpret design elevations and renderings, effectively budget time, and train other shop staff in paint techniques. Candidates must be well organized, have excellent communication skills, and have experience working with a wide variety of materials. Ability to safely lift 40 lbs. is required. Ability to work on a ladder at a height of 16 feet or more is required. Contract dates are June 5 thru August 20. Salary: $475/week + room and board.
