Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the Charge Artist with the painting and finishing of all scenic elements for production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Must be able to work independently or on a team, follow directions, and learn new skills quickly.

An ideal candidate should be confident as an artist, comfortable working with others, and have experience in the following areas: stagecraft, color theory + value, scenic art tools + techniques, textural coatings, priming and finishing, faux finishing, painting of hard scenery, backdrops, translucencies, scrims, etc.

Fulton Theatre operates under an agreement between the League of Resident Theaters (LORT) and Actors’ Equity Association, the Union for Professional Actors and Stage Managers in the United States and employs members of Stage Directors and Choreographers Society and United Scenic Artists. The theatre is also a member of the National Alliance for Musical Theatre, Theatre for Young Audiences/USA, and the American Alliance for Theatre and Education. Designated a National Historic Landmark in 1969 by the U.S. Department of the Interior, the theatre was also a founding member of
the League of Historic American Theaters
